SoSad is a youth counselling therapy group where you will find other similarly aged individuals suffering from a similar life experience.

For some the transition from childhood to adulthood is marred by an overwhelming sense of sadness. A sadness that becomes so entrenched individuals become stuck and unable to find their way. Unfortunately the only sensible and reasonable escape, for some, is suicide. Not all depression leads to suicide but every one is a tragedy.

Whether you are going through a period of intense and prolonged sadness, have been diagnosed with Depression or have contemplated (or attempted) suicide, the feeling of emotional isolation with no end in sight can be debilitating. Joining a sosad youth counselling group offers a positive and helpful means to recovery and hope for freedom from this suffering.
